It seems that FedEx ruined the label and put a wrong label on the box and delivered it to a wrong address in a different state. I was able to receive a refund for the purchase. The seller was working on my behalf to solve the issue, but the receiver apparently cheated the system. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to speak with them about a complex issue such as this one. I may have to go to small claims civil court to resolve this issue.
