The seller notified me upfront that there might be a slight delay before they are able to ship the item. The item was as described, though photos hid a small blemish. But in general, the descriptions could be better. The price was high but I've been looking for this specific item for several years and haven't found it anywhere else. The seller was willing to reduce the price - though very slightly, I still appreciate it.

The item was very well packed and arrived super fast in a few days, even for international shipping! The item was better than described, it appeared brand new. The seller was amazingly communicative and the item (seemingly the only used Trek bike seat post of it's kind on eBay) was high quality, fairly priced, and very well packaged. But the most amazing thing was the shipping. I ordered it on Nov 4 and it arrived in Maryland from Japan just SEVEN DAYS LATER!! I was astonished. I think this is the best seller on eBay.
