      The seller shipped the item the same day it was ordered, and it arrived within 3 days. The item is as described and came with a warranty until next year. I would purchase again from this seller! The item is essentially open box, and has no visible wear. It offers great value compared to paying over a thousand for the same laptop. Packaging was handled carefully and was made sure to not cause damage to the item.

      Item was exactly as described. Seller was prompt shipping the item. Unfortunately, he used USPS and my item arrived several days late. Not sellers fault. When discussing with him, he said he would have used other shipping methods if requested. The listing did not say that the buyer could request other methods however. Other than the shipping snafu, everything was good. The seller communicated well and described the item clearly.
