The packaging was very well put together and secure. The shipping was not that great, through no fault of the vendor. The post office or person kept altering the arrival date several times. With porch pirates around, I waited/watched out each day until late in the night, only to get a date change on the email. This is the post office fault. The product was good and the vendor service was great.

Item arrived ahead of schedule, packaging packed safely and properly. The remote was in described condition and cleaned. I am a skilled refurbisher so once I fine sanded, polished and buffed the exterior, and worked a light scratch out it's near mint. FANTASTIC SELLER!!!!
