Since it was a no return item, I was afraid that requesting a refund would be denied but it wasn’t. The seller was very apologetic and issued the refund immediately after seeing the pictures . I’m still disappointed that such a beautiful piece of earth ware is broken but the seller did their best to resolve the issue and make me whole.
