SBZ cares about his customers as much as he cares about the books themselves. My book arrived in the best condition, as listed, in part because SBZ wraps and packs them so incredibly well. Everything was exactly as described and photographed, and I was so impressed I came back and bought a second book before this one even arrived. I'm now a dedicated customer. This seller goes way above and beyond for their costumers! the tapes was wrapped in so much bubble wrap and even wrapped in brown paper with a thank you sticker attatched both tapes was also rewinded this seller deffintly makes you feel valued! I wouldn't hessitate to buy from them again. Thank you 😊 A+++++++
