Packed in a box that was thoroughly sealed by tape with both bubble wrap and brown paper so that it didn't rattle around in transit and therefore no opportunity for damage. To crown it all the book was thoughtfully wrapped in paper with a ribbon tied in a bow with a Thank you sticker. The book was as described in their ad and I love the care and service given. Highly recommended, Great value.

SBZ cares about his customers as much as he cares about the books themselves. My book arrived in the best condition, as listed, in part because SBZ wraps and packs them so incredibly well. Everything was exactly as described and photographed, and I was so impressed I came back and bought a second book before this one even arrived. I'm now a dedicated customer. Postage was excellent with them so well wrapped and clearly marked as FRAGILE. I could not be happier with my purchase and the marvellous five-star service along the way with exceptional communication. Thanks, I will treasure them!!!!
