Kevin Smith directed the pilot episode of this wildly imaginative slacker comedy-cum-fantasy series. Bret Harrison returns for another go-around as Sam Oliver, the twentysomething who dropped out of college because it "made him sleepy" and seemed destined to spend the rest of his days working at a Home Depot-like warehouse store until Satan (Ray Wise) showed up and explained that, due to a series of soul-pact shenanigans, the horned one is in fact Sam's rightful owner.
