I'm very disappointed and angry because it was NOT cheap and it's fake when the listing mentioned it was authentic. The box seems real but QR code in the box mentions it's been scanned many times even though I was the first one to scratch it on Jul 3rd. The labubu is fake and the QR code in the tag on the labubu does not work and redirects you to a fake url that is sketchy and doesn't open. The labubu's head is quite loose as well.

When I got it, it was exactly as described authentic but it got damaged in shipping so the the seller was very kind and understanding and refunded my money. I do recommend buying from them as they are fairly priced and authentic items if they aren’t authentic, they do state that they are not. All the negative reviews. I see being posted are probably because people did not read the listing correctly. This seller does clearly state what is authentic and what is not.

Not worth the same price as an authentic labubu. I let the seller know asap and they were able to give me a refund and I was able to keep the labubu’s. Overall, even though I didn’t get what I paid for, the customer service was great and I am satisfied with the results.
