Item description was miss leading - appeared to be a direct replacement for 2 pin fluorescent lamp - but - would not work due to un matched ballast ( starter ) . Message sorted by Martin quickly and return/ refund offered & accepted. However - I would have expected the 'specialists' to offer a fitting to suit /or source ! This was not the case. Disappointed and waiting for refund - remember the cost of carriage comes off the refund.

Looking back at the listing the information is there but way down the page. The buyer opts for 50w but gets 41w. In reality, the lamp is bright enough for my purpose so it doesn't matter. As can be seen above the item was described as a " 2 Pack" of Bulbs and only 1 arrived on 17th March 2025 I messaged the seller & 9n the 18th March seller admitted mistake , I then asked could they please just send another bulb which they said would be actioned. Having not received another bulb I sent a gentle reminder on 24th March & there has been no acknowledgement or communication since !
