    This battery is exactly as advertised. Arrived in perfect condition and in original factory packaging. The price is a bit less than others are asking so I feel it’s a good deal. Shipping took a little longer than I expected but I did not pay for expedited shipping. It caused me no issues so I’m still happy with this seller and this product. I will certainly buy from this seller again

    Great seller. Reel arrived factory sealed but missing a couple parts (not their fault). They stepped up and sent me the missing parts ASAP. They responded better and faster than the manufacturer did (still waiting on a response from Penn). Would highly recommend these guys.

    Item arrived with a leaking bottle and loss of degreaser contents, likely due to rough handling in shipment. When I notified the seller, they refunded my entire purchase price in less than 12 hours. Very impressive customer service and I will definitely order from Fishermen's Source again.
