Rigid foam seems to work best in my experience. Both rail mounts/brackets were damaged. The one on the right was sheered completely off while the one on the left had the screws sheered off. In some instances we have also begun taking the rackmount ears off and putting them on the side during pack. Please let me know if we can do something to remove or revise this feedback to a positive? Thanks

They are responsive and courteous, and bent over backwards to help me when my order was damaged in shipping. They more than adequately packaged the PC I ordered. The damage was not due to negligence on the part of CCW. My order was exactly as described and was priced below what I could find else where. I highly recommend them and will hopefully do business with them in the future.

Instead of receiving 2 items as described in the listing I was shipped only 1. After contacting the seller they acknowledged the error and quickly sent out the remaining item. Mistakes happen, I won't hold that against them. Both shipments arrived quickly and the items were well packaged and as described. Outstanding seller!
