When it was received it was obviously used, complete with wear and scratch marks. It was not bad, but not near new. In addition, the jacket was described as being black and it turned out to be brown, not even close to black. When the buyer was notified, he responded that we should have looked at pictures more closely. They were wrinkles from being follded up and shipped nothing a lil elbow grease wouldnt fix.
