Plate received actually had a BROWN back round. Sellers response to this discrepancy was confrontational & indignant... I explained that Arizona never made any of these GOVT series plates with a BLACK background therefore how could it have been Black? If the color was of such importance the buyer should have questioned it before purchase. When I look at the picture, I see Dark Brown not Black. Shades often vary and I have no control over that. Seller then doubled down & sent us a third harassing message. We were then forced to report this seller to the eBay Trust And Safety Team for violating eBay's policy on sending harassing & threatening messages to other eBay members..
