Bit of a shame because now we have to try and mash things using a little nubbin to hold on to. I will have to replace it. Otherwise, great mashing action. I contacted the seller who very promptly offered to send a replacement. It too was damaged, but company agreed to refund. I'd happily give 5 stars for customer service, but rather less for warehouse/shipping. Unfortunately, inadequate packaging, with items delivered by EVRI-body's favourite courier - so I suppose the outcome was inevitable.
