NEW in shrink wrap DVD set arrived safe and sound! PERFECT! 20 STARS! All sellers should be required to follow your example - all too often items I buy are tossed into a thinner than paper plastic envelope and arrive damaged. Then the sellers say, 'I can't control how the package is handled...'. Yes, you can - pack with care, take the handlers out of the equation!!!
