Shipped fast, the box needed additional packing, but thankfully the miner still worked. The dismissive communication from a long-time ebayer made it worse, but they ended up sending a full refund out of the blue, so I m chalking it up to them having a bad time! That was above & beyond, I give them major kudos for doing so! I hope you get back on track & don t get discouraged! It can take up to 24 hours to autune. I am happy to do a remote session to resolve the issue. In the future please contact me prior to leaving negative feedback.
