This was confirmed with manufacturer assembly drawings and photos of what arrived clearly showing missing parts. Damage to brake lever toe peg (loose and seized bolt) and scratches. Photos showed zero scratches. Spring & "collars" missing. Seller has been rude, has not given partial refund so I can get the missing parts elsewhere. Dissapointing. See photos.
