The seller responded immediately when contacted and was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process to return the item with a prepaid label. With the volume that is sold, inconsistency in sizing will happen, so it is how sellers respond which is important - I was very impressed with speed of response and refund was issued quickly; very efficient, thank you.
