It always gets lopsided dependent, came with loose diamonds the clasp was broken not usable. I wrote the owner. He sent me out the other one and I backed out of the return now I got the other one and it’s not the same color. He sends me a silver instead of gold and it’s clearly in the picture And now I can place a return now I gotta figure it out. I would not trust the seller at all.

It was not in a box so very easy to identify. I assumed someone stole it during transit. I contacted the seller he said “it had never happened before “ I told him I had not experienced postal fraud either. He offered to replace it at no charge. He did not have anymore of the one I ordered, he would be getting more but I needed it right away for a gift.
