The bed doesn't appear to be damaged, but I haven't had a chance to install it yet to see if it works or not. Only the bed with it's wires and z-height calibration button were in the box and near as I can tell by the item description that's all that should have been in the box, but if it was supposed to include the spring steel plate that was indeed missing.

The only downside was an incorrect shipping estimate. Yes it shipped on the day it said it would, but the actual arrival time was 5-7 days later. Still worth it and would order again from here if I was in need of another.

There was a long delay from receiving the free filament to receiving the actual printer. I was concerned due to the fact that the printer had shipped first???. All that aside, I live in the isle of man and both items did arrive very well packaged with no damage. I am more than pleased with the product and would highly recommend this seller to others. Thank you ++**5**++
