All of the items I bought were exactly as described, yet even more lovely than I expected. Had regular, friendly communication from the seller, who went out of their way to help (including waiting patiently for my payday!). Everything was extremely well packed and the first thing I saw when I opened the box was a newspaper story about Liverpool F.C. winning the league (I'm a red), a coincidence that absolutely made my day!
