But that stuff can break in shipping, and I didn't believe it to be the sellers fault. Within the hour of messaging seller, I had a prepaid usps label and an agreement to have a replacement sent back. I have since received my replacement and it works perfectly. Despite my issues early, I would highly recommend buying from this seller, due to their punctuality and professionalism.
