The sizing chart pictured is not correct! We need to RETURN this ASAP! We are not happy and this is horrible customer service, we have a report started on this seller, this hat was way too big and the quality is horrible - we NEED our money back asap!!!! We simply want to ship this hat back ASAP and get our money back!!!!!

This meant that I was monitoring the delivery. They never sent the item to the USPS for delivery. After contacting the seller, I was informed the item was unavailable. It should not have taken the seller 10 days to realize the item was out of stock. This certainly showed a lack of concern for their customer, when an alternate purchase could have been made before I travelled.
