So there is some extra benefit for the weight tradeoff. The exchange didn't work out, but the seller didn't ask for a return and actually refunded a portion of my payment, even though I offered to ship it back at my own cost. I ended up donating the original one and have ordered another case from seller. VERY HAPPY with this seller!
