Second, it took 11 days for the shipping label to be requested. Third, another SEVEN days to be dropped off for shipping! And lastly, it showed up in a bubble wrapper and it appears slightly damaged! I will never again deal with this vendor. Completely unacceptable. Each issue is a dealbreaker for me: hidden costs, inexcusably slow shipping (no communication or vacation notices). Unhappy.
