Contacted him immediately after the delivery to arrange some sort of compensation, but he refused and gave excuses. Also, pointed me towards contacting the delivery company. Very disrespectful and appalling service. The shoes look very different to the ones we posted and are clearly missing laces so we asked for evidence of tampering to the parcel. You have not replied to this, leaving this review instead. We deliver a high level of customer service and take pride in doing so, as shown by our many positive reviews. We are sad to have not been able to resolve this directly.
