Seller knew I needed it urgently for an event (I knew it wasn't despatched as seller couldn't provide any tracking). Tired of waiting, so i opened a request and asked for a refund. Seller ignored my request for a refund and decided to despatch. When it finally arrived, it didn't look like the pictured item. The item(Potli bag) arrived so late, after the event I needed it for, completely wasted my time☹️
