Upon calling them, they indicated that they would need me to purchase one of the correct hoses, send the incorrect one back (they provided a shipping label), and then wait for them to receive to issue a refund. Hose was sent back, and three business days later, I still have not received a refund. They seemed polite and responsive, but I would have preferred this be resolved with more urgency.
