Then they just crammed the bag full of cars into a box, with no packing at all, and shipped it. They didnt care if the items would be damaged in transit....they already had my money. I contacted the seller and after a few days of hounding them, I got a form letter, blah blah blah. There was no apology for the reckless packing.
