Thought ide have to do a claim 🤔. But eventually I got it in small box 📦 well wrapped. (I'm thinking possibly the box was small and got overlooked or dropped behind conveyor idk). But this is my second purchase from seller. 1st one was no issue. But slow Shipping or lost misplaced package is not seller fault. They offered a full refund but my son had been patiently waiting since we ordered it. I did not want to have to return it and have him wait for another one to be delivered so I asked if they could provide a partial refund. They did offer a partial refund which is more than reasonable and good customer service
