The seller communicates promptly and answers all of my questions before purchasing. I also received updates while the bag is being shipped. The vintage LV Pochette Accessories I purchased was in excellent condition. There was a minor fraying on the canvas on the side of the bag not pictured, but the seller promptly reimbursed me $30. The packaging thankfully was very well done and secure, which was a concern. The Chanel shoulder bag is very very cute!! It is virtually as described. In addition to paying state sales tax, I was astonished to have to pay DHL an additional 10%($184)on a used good to receive it into the country. Overall I have to say that I was very impressed with the representative at Brand Off, she was helpful & “put her foot down” to get DHL to deliver the package.
