The only slight disappointment was the lack of protective packaging around the box the soldering iron came in. On arrival, a corner of box was damaged and the tip had pierced the box whereby the rubber tubing on the tip had torn into two pieces. Hopefully, the tip will be ok. As yet not tried the item purchased.
