I contacted the seller who replied immediately and offered a partial refund, which I thought was very fair. However, seeing as my purchase had been a bargain, I didn't accept the offer, and fortunately the damage was a clean break and I was able to repair it with a squeeze of super glue. I did complain to Royal Mail as my package was clearly marked FRAGILE and should be treated as fragile!!
