They priced the item fairly and they responded to my messages immediately when I had a question. I also asked them to mark my box as fragile to protect it from the potential careless post employees whe throw the boxed around and they sticked couple of red stickers on my box. Very carefully was placed in an extra box and sent to me earlier than they promised. I recommend them 100%. The saxophone is perfect.
