They got back to me on a Saturday and got the rest coming immediately! I order a lot of stuff online and run into plenty of issues, shipping or damaged items, but these guys made it like it never happened. Great customer service.

They wanted pictures to help resolve the issue... Shouldn't have been an issue to begin with. Send me the part pictured in suitable shipping for an electric motor. The ol bait and switch...
