    Item arrived in the condition as pictured and the freight delivery was extremely fast. Item was prepared very well for shipping and shipped on a very heavy-duty slightly oversized pallet for added protection. (Again, GREAT packing job.) GREAT seller communication also.     I ordered an odd ball size tap and originally they sent the wrong one, but as soon as I messaged them they fixed it and got me to correct one quickly. I will be saving them and buying from them again as I need more taps and what not. I highly recommend them! Also it was well packaged both times. Definitely professional people that care.

    Quick response from seller shipping was as expected, packaging was good. Maybe it could’ve been boxed twice. A few tiles had chips, but I only actually needed half of what I ordered so it’s OK. Products, matches de description, perfect, in size and color . Great value of being as I cannot find these anywhere else and hard to find a 60 year old code base clay tile.
