I'm happy to hear it arrived intact, but I'm sorry about the issue with the tape. I try to be as eco-conscious as I can with my packaging, and recently switched to compostable tape. It's a little less strong than the plastic tape, so I had to adjust to that. Rest assured, all packages are now taped very well, and there haven't been any more shipment issues.
