NO FAULT OF THE SELLER. the postal service is the most unreliable entity in the USA. (my opinion only). i wish sellers gave an option to the customers as to what company they would prefer deliver their purchase. i would gladly pay for a ups shipment that i know i would receive and be at my address.

The first phone I ordered worked but the person I brought it for was unable to reliably set the handset down. I was easily able to return it. The dealer worked with me and we agreed on another sytle. He tested it and sent it to me with cash to reimburse the cost of my mailing back the first phone. Wow...that was really nice. The phone is perfect. He sends a cute cherry sucker with a happy face with each order. Wish all dealers were so up front.
