    Excellent seller. Shipping was fast, but it got lost in the USPS and took a little longer than expected. The product arrived safely and the description was accurate. I bought two, but they sent me one. When I told the seller, they offered to send me the missing product or refund me for the missing item, to which I agreed. The refund was prompt. I would buy from them again.

    Ordered two. Prompt shipment & safely packaged. Good communication from the seller. Items listed as new & unopened, but security tape looked tampered with, so I cut the tape with a knife to open the boxes. Both units were missing their batteries (that should have included with a "new and unopened unit"). Contacted seller, and at their request provided photos of the tampered security tape. Purchase price was refunded. Frustrating purchase, but situation was handled well by seller. Errors happen.
