The package came perfectly wrapped and the item I bought for a discontinued rc car was brand new!! Condition of booklet was perfect! Easy to read and a life saver. The packages appearance was wrapped so not even a corner was bent! Seller communication is next level! As an ebay seller i look for these things and the seller blew it out of the park!! Definitely will be buying again from seller!! A++++++++++++++++

The items are as described and we were able to put them to good use. I'm happy to hear it arrived intact, but I'm sorry about the issue with the tape. I try to be as eco-conscious as I can with my packaging, and recently switched to compostable tape. It's a little less strong than the plastic tape, so I had to adjust to that. Rest assured, all packages are now taped very well, and there haven't been any more shipment issues.
