The only downside was an incorrect shipping estimate. Yes it shipped on the day it said it would, but the actual arrival time was 5-7 days later. There was a long delay from receiving the free filament to receiving the actual printer. I was concerned due to the fact that the printer had shipped first???. All that aside, I live in the isle of man and both items did arrive very well packaged with no damage. I am more than pleased with the product and would highly recommend this seller to others. Thank you ++**5**++
