Suspect they managed to make a slight ding in the tubular frame which stopped it sliding into place (fixed it) and the first delivery day was cancelled.

However I've contacted the seller with my problem and got a very quick response back saying another one has been despatched for me and within a few days it was with me. Very happy with the quality of service from this seller. Definitely recommend!

- o***g (328)- Feedback lasciato dall'acquirente.Ultimi 6 mesiAcquisto verificatoGood quality & price eyebolts, delivery time was ok, however, the packaging was open and the bolts were hanging out the end of the plastic bag, but i had a second parcel from someone else and this had also been ripped open to reveal the contents, the Royal Mail postman was apologetic as he knew as well as i that someone on the parcels journey was looking for more valuable contents, and not eyebolts, but the bolts were all there and it wasn't SecureFixDirect's fault so i haven't penalised them,
