I am tounge in cheek here, but I have bought so many LED MR16 GU5.3 bulbs that are complete rubbish, its just nice to buy some that actually work. OSRAM are brilliant.

Message sorted by Martin quickly and return/ refund offered & accepted. However - I would have expected the 'specialists' to offer a fitting to suit /or source ! This was not the case. At 2.45pm on 08.08.25, order placed for partially sighted family member; they confirmed order was incorrect. ASAP, at 5.25pm submitted cancellation. At 6.50pm,cancellation was declined. At 7.05pm, S's note stated item dispatched. At 10.50pm, a tracking details given. At 5.25pm, there was NO indication order processed and posted. Order returned but cost me £3.25 which is unfair. S could have accepted cancellation
