I bought on the 13th and it had a "handling time" of 1 day and projected delivery date of the 14th to the 17th. I bought from this seller because of the quick shipping and I needed it to ship a delicate package on the 18th. Seller ignored multiple messages and did not even SHIP the package until the 18th, a day after the latest guaranteed delivery date. When the package finally arrived, it was fine, but not in time, and that cost me money and reputation.

I've ordered the same item from them many times before but this time they shipped the wrong time. It's a shame; their product was good, but their customer service and accountability is terrible. Be careful when dealing with this seller. If you have any problem, they will likely flake on you.
