They confirmed the order and added a tracking number, but after almost a week when I checked, they still hadn’t shipped the item. I messaged them, and they said it was out of stock and asked me to choose something else. I told them I wanted a refund, but then they made me wait another day to get my money back, claiming that I was the one who wanted to cancel the order! This is really unreasonable and unprofessional.

This is because after receiving the tracking number, thinking item shipped, I get a message that my order is Cancelled due to item being out of stock. This is several days after getting the tracking and expecting the item soon. They also mark it as Customer requested cancel which is not true at all. Tried to get a hold of them to see if there are other options but no response.
