Before USPS tracking even showed any movement on the shipment, Zenchalet alerted me that the item was incorrect, told me I was welcome to keep it, and shipped the correct item out the same day. Being alerted to the resolution of an online order mixup before you even knew there was an issue is a mind blowing act of good business these days.
