The items I ordered frm them were lost in the mail, & when I notified them I had contacted my local post office about this of the NO DELIVERY, meaning it was stuck in a major PO distribution hub, the PO personnel told me this is what the PO calls “looping” and that a parcel is considered lost at that point. The post office told me to contact the sender SportsUSA aka IntiCarol1212 to file a lost package report. THEY DIDN'T.
