    At first I was disappointed but it was not a seller error. This was from USPS where I had an issue that the tracking information was not updated accordingly and put me in a bind that almost costed me more money than intended.     The lift was packaged well and shipped fast but there was confusion on that install instructions. The description said comes with instructions but they weren't in the box, when contacted seller he says that they are emailed at time of purchase. Maybe that is how it should be worded so that buyer knows to watch for an email.
