The dongle is solidly made, good quality and came very well packaged, the software brilliant in covering nearly all makes of vehicles and superb functionality. Would be good if newer software could address each vehicles unique service record history as this now the OEM trend. This was recommended as the best for DIY use by a diagnostic friend who usually uses a £5k piece of kit
