U.P.S. must hire the most INCOMPETENT people they can possibly find! How they could manage to fold and completely destroy the tough item box is beyond me! This is how most U.P.S. packages have been arriving lately. It actually seems like U.P.S. intentionally beats up the packages they are supposed to "deliver".

The only downside was an incorrect shipping estimate. Yes it shipped on the day it said it would, but the actual arrival time was 5-7 days later.
